Please note: this method should only be used if you have accidentally de-selected both the This Visit and Chronic buttons next to a Diagnosis or Problem on the workflow.

  1. In the Patient Record, select a Workflow e.g. Clinician Workflow.
  2. Select the Diagnosis & Problems workflow component.
  3. Expand the Actions column, if necessary, to ensure you can see the “This Visit” and “Chronic” buttons.
  4. Select either the “This Visit” or “Chronic” buttons for the Diagnosis/ Problem you wish to re-activate.
  5. The Diagnosis or Problem will now move to the active section.
  6. If the Diagnosis or Problem is both a “This Visit” and “Chronic” problem select the appropriate button to update.
