Re-Activating a Diagnosis or Problem from the Workflow
Please note: this method should only be used if you have accidentally de-selected both the This Visit and Chronic buttons next to a Diagnosis or Problem on the workflow.
- In the Patient Record, select a Workflow e.g. Clinician Workflow.
- Select the Diagnosis & Problems workflow component.
- Expand the Actions column, if necessary, to ensure you can see the “This Visit” and “Chronic” buttons.
- Select either the “This Visit” or “Chronic” buttons for the Diagnosis/ Problem you wish to re-activate.
- The Diagnosis or Problem will now move to the active section.
- If the Diagnosis or Problem is both a “This Visit” and “Chronic” problem select the appropriate button to update.
