1. From Ambulatory Organiser, open the Patient record
2. Click on Patient Task List in the menu
3. Select the Nurse Collect/Supply Tab 
4. The task should be visible
5. Click on the Yellow cell in the Task row       
6. A green tick appears to confirm task has been completed
7. Click Refresh and task disappears from the Patient Task List
