How to complete order details for immediate collection.

1. From the Orders for Signature screen, select the order(s) in the top part of the screen.
2. Complete the following details, mandatory fields are highlighted in yellow, in the bottom of the screen:
   • Are you collecting the sample now? – select YES
   • Collection Priority – as appropriate
   • Reason for request – as appropriate
   • Collection Date and Time – as appropriate
   • Do you want to print a label? – select YES
   • Lead Clinician to receive report? – as appropriate
3. Click Sign.
