How to send an email response from a shared mailbox

You are replying to an email in a shared mailbox and, need to ensure the reply comes from the shared mailbox not from your personal mailbox.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In your shared mailbox, select the email you want to reply to.
  1. Select Reply, then select Options
  2. Place a tick in the Show From box
  3. Click the drop down arrow in the From window to select your shared mailbox if it automatically is not appearing.
  1. The reply email will now be sent from the shared mailbox
