1. Open the patient record and go to the Requests/Care Plans section
  2. Find the related order 
    • Note, orders with this icon are part of a Care Plan – you may want to review the Care Plan and/or discontinue the all of the Care Plan
  3. Right click and select Cancel/DC
  4. Complete Ordering clinician details if prompted
  5. Select a Discontinue reason 
  6. Click Orders For Signature
  7. Sign
