How to document activities in Care Compass
- Open the activities section
- by clicking the small arrow to the right of the Allergy information
- or by clicking on the number in the Activities column on the right
- Select the activity you wish to complete i.e. Patient Rounding, Safety Assessment
- Click Document or Done to the bottom right to complete the activity
- Clicking Document will open the relevant part of the patient record to allow you to document the activity
- Click Not Done and enter a reason to mark as to why not done.
