How to document activities in Care Compass
  1. Open the activities section
    • by clicking the small arrow to the right of the Allergy information
    • or by clicking on the number in the Activities column on the right
  2. Select the activity you wish to complete i.e. Patient Rounding, Safety Assessment
  1. Click Document or Done to the bottom right to complete the activity
  1. Clicking Document will open the relevant part of the patient record to allow you to document the activity
  1. Click Not Done and enter a reason to mark as to why not done.
