  1. In the Assessments/ Fluid Balance screen, navigate to the section you need to record information in e.g. Vital Signs 
  2. Double-click in the blue area at the top of the column to activate it
  3. Information in the section you have activated that is being outputted by any connected device will appear in the relevant fields e.g. Heart Rate
  4. Check the output as it appears on screen against the device display
  5. Click on the green tick to sign
