5. Recording an admin note
How to add an admin note next to the patient’s appointment information in Ambulatory Organiser.
From the List tab in Ambulatory Organiser with a Resource selected:
- Click on the add note icon in the notes column for the patient you wish to record a note for.
- Type in text and save note – you can save more than one admin note if required.
- Click Save.
- Icon now changes to indicate 1 or more notes have been saved.
- To see saved notes click on the icon again.
Notes created in Ambulatory Organiser are not part of the patient record and should not be used to communicate clinical information
