Updating Patient Status
From within the Day View tab in Ambulatory Organiser with a Resource selected:
- Check Patient has a status of ‘Checked In’ – If patient is showing a ‘Confirmed’ status they haven’t been checked in
- Click on current Patient Status and change status – Only select one of the following:
- Patient ready to be seen
- With AHP/Technician/Other
- Investigations/Diagnostics
- Notes Review/With Clinician
- The available statuses are flexed according to the previous action e.g. once the appointment has been Checked In, the statuses of Confirmed and Checked In will no longer display in the options.
