Select the type of Line, Tube or Device you wish to document from the appropriate Assessments/ Fluid Balance menu on the left.
Double click in the blue field at the top of the column to activate it.
Click the Add Repeatable Group icon to the immediate left of the tick.
In the pop-up window select the appropriate information to label the Line, Tube or Device and click OK.
Please ensure that you scroll down and select a value in all of the selection boxes
In the Activity field, select “Insert” from the drop down list. This will generate the relevant fields for you to document the details of the insertion.
