It is strongly recommended that you set up a personal list of note types related to your department that you use on a regular basis. This will save time when selecting a note type when the note is generated from the Select Other Note option on the workflow or by using the Document Viewing +Add button

  1. Click on ‘Add‘ next to ‘Document Viewing‘ or Select Other Note at the bottom of the light grey menu in the workflow
  2. From the menu at the top of the screen click View then Customise
  3. Select the Note Type(s) you want from the left pane and move them to the right pane using the blue arrow
  4. Optional – select a default note type from the drop down menu above the right pane
  5. Click OK when finished
  6. Ensure that the Note Type List Filter drop down is set to Personal
