Personal Note Type List set up
It is strongly recommended that you set up a personal list of note types related to your department that you use on a regular basis. This will save time when selecting a note type when the note is generated from the Select Other Note option on the workflow or by using the Document Viewing +Add button
- Click on ‘Add‘ next to ‘Document Viewing‘ or Select Other Note at the bottom of the light grey menu in the workflow
- From the menu at the top of the screen click View then Customise
- Select the Note Type(s) you want from the left pane and move them to the right pane using the blue arrow
- Optional – select a default note type from the drop down menu above the right pane
- Click OK when finished
- Ensure that the Note Type List Filter drop down is set to Personal
