How to create a note using the +Add button in Document Viewing

  1. In the patient record, select the +Add Button next to the Document Viewing menu item in the left menu.
  2. This will open the New Note screen
  3. From the list of templates on the right, select the appropriate Note Template
  4. Select the appropriate Note Type from the drop down on the left
  5. Change the title of the note if necessary (NB: You must change the title of a Free Text Note)
  6. Click OK
  7. Finalise your text
  8. Click Sign/ Submit if you not going to make any further changes or Save and Close if will come back and edit the note later
