How to create a note using the pre-set options at the bottom of the light grey menu in the Workflow:

  1. Complete the appropriate sections on the workflow page as required.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the light grey menu on the left.
  3. Select an option from the Create Note section (blue links).
  4. Edit your text as necessary.
  5. Select Save and Close if you wish to continue to edit your note later or Sign/Submit if the note is complete.
  6. If Sign/Submit has been selected, check the note title, type and date/time then click Sign.
Students only:
  1. Complete steps 1 to 5 above.
  2. From the Sign / Submit screen, search for the name of your supervisor in the Clinical Staff Search.
  3. The selected person will be added as a recipient.
  4. Select the Sign radio button.
  5. Click Sign.
  6. The note will be sent to the selected person’s Message Centre to review and sign.
