How to create a note using the pre-set options at the bottom of the light grey menu in the Workflow

  1. Complete the appropriate sections on the workflow page as required
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the light grey menu on the left
  3. Select an option from the Create Note section (blue links) 
  4. Edit your text as necessary
  5. Select Save and Close if you wish to continue to edit your note later or Sign/Submit if the note is complete
  6. If Sign/Submit has been selected, check the note title, type and date/time then click Sign
