How to un-record (mark in error) a previously documented medication dose in the Patient Record.

1. Right-click on the administered dose to be un-recorded and select Unrecord from the pop up menu.

2. The Unrecord dialogue box will open. Enter an appropriate reason for the cancellation of the dose within the Comment free text box.
3. Click the green tick Sign Form icon in the top left corner of the Comment dialogue box .
4. This action will reinstate the previously administered coloured box and insert the words *In Error .
