1. In the Clinician workflow click on New Order Entry in the Outpatient tab
2. Ensure the Given in Clinic button is selected
3. Search for and select the Medication required and if applicable the most appropriate order sentence
4. If you are ordering more than one medication repeat Step 3
5. If the Ordering Clinician window appears select Communication Type
6. Open shopping basket and Sign order
7. Complete any missing required details for order and click the Sign button at the bottom right
8. The Medication ordered will now be visible in the Order Profile section of the Outpatient Workflow
9. The Nurse will be able to document the administration of the medication from Drug Chart in the Patient Record
