1. Open SchApptBook
2. Click Request List Enquiry
3. Set the desired filters and click Find
4. Right Click on the patient, select Patient>Add Encounter
5. Follow standard procedures to either create a new Outpatient Referral or a Follow up
6. Right Click on the patient, select Schedule
7. Select the appropriate Future order and click OK
8. Override the Missing New/Initial Appointment if you get the pop up
9. Follow standard procedure to now schedule the appointment
