Quick Guide
To endorse results or view documents effectively, Message Centre will need to be configured so columns are organised in a specific order.
To find Message Centre Configuration:
- Open Message Centre
- Select the Inbox drop-down menu (at the very top of the screen)
- Select Manage Configuration from the drop-down
- In the pop-up that opens select the folder that you want to configure from the menu on the left e.g. Inbox Items > Messages
- In the Column section to the right of the pop-up there are two boxes
- The box on the right displays columns that are currently visible in the selected folder in Message Centre
- The box on the left displays available columns that are not currently visible
- In the right hand box, select an column
- Use the arrow buttons on the right to rearrange the columns so they display in the order listed below
- Repeat for each listed folder (Messages, Documents etc)
- Click OK to exit once complete
