How to download the report

This guide shows how to download the Occupational Health report as a PDF after the report has been completed.

1. Click Management Referrals
2. Open the referral. This will be in the “recently completed” section or the “Archive” section. You can search for the referral if required.

2. Go the the Documents section
3. Locate the file named “Employee Name MR Report”
4. Click the download icon
5. Once downloaded move the file into the usual storage place for employee confidential information
