With Edge open, select the More button
Select Favourites

From the opening Favourites window, click the More button

Select Export favourites

With Edge open on the new PC, select the More button
Select Favourites

From the opening Favourites window, click the More button

Select Import favourites

From the opening window in the Import from other browsers section, click Choose what to import

Select favourites or bookmarks HTML file

Select Choose file

Select your favourites HTML file from your OneDrive
