Quick Guide

This guide shows how to print an existing DNACPR form from Document Store in PowerChart.

If a recent DNACPR form is not found in Document Store please follow the steps outlined in the guide How to print a DNACPR form to create one.

  1. Select Document Store
  2. Find and open the DNACPR form highlighted in RED:

  1. Click on the PDF icon:
  1. Click on the Print icon:
  2. Check the correct colour printer is selected.
  3. Check Color is selected and click ‘Print’.
