Quick Guide

1. With the patient record open, select Document Store in the blue menu.
2. Locate the DNACPR Form and click to open it.
   • The DNACRP form will be highlighted in RED.
3. Click on the PDF icon.
4. Click on the Print icon.
5. Check the correct colour printer is selected.
6. Check Colour is selected and click ‘Print’.
