Generate a report by specifying the information required.
- Click on Report tab (top left of search window, second tab over).
- Click Select to Add. For a list of record MRNs – choose “Demographic” and then “Hospital No”.
- Add to sort, move left/right or remove columns by clicking on the column field.
- Click Print to to save the data as a CSV file. This file format can be opened in Excel.
- Click on the link to download the CSV file to your Downloads folder.
Save and load report settings for later use. Click the Save button in top right corner and give the report a name. For later use, click on the Load button and select from the list. This list includes reports saved by all users with permission to access the unit.
