Keyboard Shortcut List

Here is a list of the available keyboard shortcuts available in SystmOne with a brief explanation. These shortcuts require pressing the ‘f’ numbered keys on your keyboard and you may also have to hold down the ‘fn’ function key.

F4 = Staff Browser – Loads a window in which you can search for other units, hospitals and organisations.

F5 = Refresh the screen. Refreshes the screen.

F6 = Save – Opens the saving event details window.

F7 = Spell check – This may only work within templates or specific documentation areas.

F8 = Home. Navigates to the home screen.

F9 = Appointment Search – Opens the appointment search window.

F10 = Patient Search. Opens the patient search window.

F11 = Lock Screen. Locks SystmOne.
