The software should already be installed on shared computers; if not or you wish to have installed on a single use computer:

  1. Access Service Desk Portal from any Trust computer.
  2. Once logged in, search the Service Desk Portal for “Generic Form Submission – Request”.
  3. Complete and submit the form being sure to include the name of the computer you wish to have the software installed on.

The computer name is an alphanumeric code found on a white label or if logged in, can be found in bottom right corner of desktop screen.
