Quick Guide

  1. From the Conversation tab, in PM Office, select Person Correction Manager
  2. Search for your patient using their MRN or NHS Number (If you don’t have a number, use the patient initials and DOB), Click OK once you’ve located the patient
  3. In the Organization window, enter the first letter of the hospital site where the patient will be seen (eg. r for RVI) and click OK
  4. Select the Temporary item in the Address Organizer field, followed by +Add Additional Temporary
  5. Select Residence (eg UK Residence) from the dropdown Address Type list
  6. Click Address Search
  7. Type the patients temporary Postcode and press the Select button
  8. Highlight the relevant house range then press Select to open up a list of house numbers, again Select the correct address
  9. Press AcceptDO NOT CLICK OK AT THIS POINT
  10. Scroll to the Begin Effective and End Effective Date fields. Temporary addresses should have an end date added so that correspondence will revert to their permanent address
  11. Click OK
  12. Click OK to update and close the patient record
  13. The temporary address will display until it reaches it’s end date (following which it can be found under Previous)
