This guide shows how to view, add and update Emergency Contact Details within PowerChart.<\/p>\r\n

  1. From within an open patient record, click Treatment Escalation Plan<\/strong> in the main menu<\/li>\r\n
  2. Select Emergency Contacts<\/strong> in the grey menu<\/li>\r\n
  3. If documented, Emergency Contact <\/strong>information\u00a0will display (if already documented check that they are up to date)<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n

    2. Select Emergency Contacts<\/strong> in the grey menu<\/li>\r\n
