{"id":9164,"date":"2024-07-15T15:21:58","date_gmt":"2024-07-15T15:21:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=9164"},"modified":"2024-08-24T19:30:46","modified_gmt":"2024-08-24T19:30:46","slug":"fluency-direct-v12-guidance-for-clinical-administrators","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=9164","title":{"rendered":"Clinic Letter Review Using the Audio File"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>From within Powerchart, launch <strong>Typing Shelf<\/strong> from either the top grey menu bar or <strong>View<\/strong> menu.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the funnel icon to <strong>filter for correct clinic<\/strong> by a combination of date, department, resource, and location. To view the filtered results, click outside of the window.<\/li>\n<li>From the list of results, <strong>click within the box of the clinic <\/strong>you were looking for to pull the list of appointments.<\/li>\n<li>In the line of the patient requiring a letter to be reviewed, click on <strong>Actions<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Choose <strong>Edit Document<\/strong>. The document will open.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Play Audio<\/strong> in the blue menu bar at the top of the document that opened. Press the play button and you are now ready to correct the voice recognition typing in the document.<\/li>\n<li>Add\/amend as instructed through your usual process whether it be verbal, via e-mail or Message Pad. To view messages in Message Pad, click on <strong>Message Pad<\/strong> in the blue bar at the top of the document.<\/li>\n<li>When finished reviewing the document, click on <strong>Save and Finalise<\/strong>. The document is now added to the Doc Signing list waiting for the clinician to sign. If you have not finished, click on <strong>Save as Draft<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In Typing Shelf, signed documentation will have a status of complete. The vertical line at the beginning of the patient\u2019s information bar will turn from blue to green to indicate complete.<\/li>\n<li>Please refer to <a href=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=2075\">Print\/Send Documents<\/a> for how to send the letter using the <strong>Document Store Print <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Using the Audio File to Review a Clinic Letter.
