This guide will give instructions on how to find and favourite links on the new Intranet.<\/p>\n

  1. From the homepage, click the Links icon (9 small gridded dots) at the top right of the page.

  2. You will be redirected to the Links page.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Search<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    You can search links using the search box:<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Click into the search box. It will turn yellow once selected<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Type in the link you are looking for i.e. NHSMail and click the search icon

      \n<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. The page will reload and display the link(s) according to your search.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      A to Z<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      You can use the A to Z feature to quickly jump to a specific letter.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      For example, if you were searching for \u2018NHSMail\u2019 again, you would click \u2018N\u2019 and this would automatically scroll you down to the \u2018N\u2019 section.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

      You can filter links by selecting a category from the dropdown box and then clicking the \u2018Filter results\u2019 button.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
