Inappropriate Referral<\/td>\n<td width=\"193\"><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong><u>Referrals &#8211; Accepted Waiting For Assessment<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>After the Initial Appointment with patient<\/strong>, the<strong> status <\/strong>of the referral must be set to<strong> \u2018Receiving Care\u2019. <\/strong>This is to ensure waiting times can be measured.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> when saving the initial appointment, ensure the saving event is <strong>Linked to referral<\/strong> &#8211; <strong>Choose the relevant referral<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> <strong>Update Referral Source, <\/strong>the following pop up will appear, Select<\/li>\n<li>From the New referral status drop down, select \u2018<strong>Receiving Care\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Click Update Status, click close<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Referral Declined \u2013 Add<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Register the patient and record the referral in completing the relevant fields &#8211;
