  1. From the Notes During Pregnancy<\/strong> (A)<\/strong> screen, select the red plus button (B)<\/strong>, choose the Inpatient Assessment form (C)

Upon opening the Daily Care Commenced<\/strong> Section, five additional forms are available:\u00a0<\/strong>Current Open Admission Note (A), Handover (Woman) (B),<\/strong> Research Project (C)<\/strong>, VTE Assessment (D)<\/strong>, and Infection Control\/Risk Assessment (E)<\/strong>, for completion.
