How to Create a Reminder<\/h1>\n

You are looking to set a reminder on the system, to record relevant information on the patients’ records.<\/p>\n

Instructions<\/div>\n

Open SystmOne and then the patient’s record.<\/p>\n

  1. Right click<\/strong> on the Reminders <\/strong>\"\"<\/li>\n
  2. A menu will appear and select Create Reminders
    \n\"\"<\/strong><\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. The reminder box will appear. Give a the opportunity to record a reminder.\u00a0 For example.\u00a0 \u00a0Collect a Parking Permit or Visit with two people.<\/li>\n
  4. Priority Type:<\/strong> Will be set to Normal Priority: Normal priority reminders are automatically shown to all users at this organisation.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. NOTE:\u00a0<\/strong> This is not to record Safeguarding<\/strong> nor Key codes<\/strong>, as Reminders appear in the Patients Record’s Home screen and seen when making new Visit<\/strong>\u00a0\/Appointment.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
