{"id":7814,"date":"2024-04-26T10:58:02","date_gmt":"2024-04-26T10:58:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=7814"},"modified":"2026-03-26T16:57:50","modified_gmt":"2026-03-26T16:57:50","slug":"nursing-handover","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=7814","title":{"rendered":"Nursing Handover AdHoc Form"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>This guide shows how to create a Nursing Handover for a patient via AdHoc Forms and how to run a report of all handovers for patients on a ward.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-heading\"><div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Completing the form<\/div><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>With a patient record open, select the <strong>Adhoc button<\/strong> from the toolbar.<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Select the &#8216;<strong>Nursing Handover<\/strong>&#8216;
