This information will help you to display the information you need and to minimise errors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Setting_Display_Options\"><\/span><div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\"><em><strong>Setting Display Options<\/strong><\/em><\/div><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Open <strong>SchApptBook<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select <strong>View<\/strong> from the toolbar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Choose <strong>Options<\/strong> from the menu<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"275\" height=\"264\" time frame etc<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointment preferences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To set your appointment book defaults<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The following screen shots show the settings you should select for our Trust<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Appointment<\/strong> tab and select the following options. <strong>Deselect any options that are not displayed below.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"327\" height=\"356\" SchApptBook for the bookshelf to display.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"7\">\n<li>Click on the <strong>Confirm<\/strong> tab and select the following options. <strong>Deselect any options that are not displayed below.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\"><em><strong>Instruction<\/strong><\/em><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To print patient or GP letters associated with appointments, you will need to add the Post Documents Tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Open <strong>SchApptBook<\/strong> and select the <strong>Eye Enquiry<\/strong> icon<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"905\" height=\"626\" <strong>\u201cPerson\u201d <\/strong>tab, locate the patient and appointment that requires a letter to be printed. <strong>You may need to adjust the Start Date to a date in the past<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Double-click to open a patient appointment<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" to move this into the Selected Tabs list <strong>(2)<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Use the upward arrow on the right to move it the top so it becomes the first available tab <strong>(3)<\/strong>  (<strong>NOTE: Other tabs can be reordered such as Event Details, Event History and Scheduling Comments<\/strong>)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click <strong>OK<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure the Demographics Banner Bar as this may impact the loading of SchApptBook<\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>To add your specific&nbsp;attribute e.g. <strong>Allergies<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Select the <strong>Allergies option<\/strong> within the <strong>attributes field<\/strong> and click <strong>Add <\/strong>&#8211; the Attribute Properties will display<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"391\" height=\"223\"
