{"id":7723,"date":"2024-04-20T22:30:17","date_gmt":"2024-04-20T22:30:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=7723"},"modified":"2026-03-30T15:19:58","modified_gmt":"2026-03-30T15:19:58","slug":"searching-assessment-data","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=7723","title":{"rendered":"Searching Assessment Data"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Searching Assessment data is useful when you wish to find something quickly and\/or can&#8217;t remember where to find it.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>From within a patient record, click on the <strong>Assessments\/Fluid Balance<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Navigator Band<\/strong> you wish to search.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the name of the item you are looking for in the <strong>Find Item<\/strong> bar. The search is based on a &#8220;starts with&#8221; filter.<\/li>\n<li>If unable to find search term, click on the down facing arrow at end of Find Item bar to <strong>select a term from a list.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Results will populate in window beneath by date and time.<\/li>\n<li>Click on a result to it view on the page.
