Tables in Autotext"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>From within a letter being created in Document Creation:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Create Autotext Table:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Click on\u00a0<strong>Autotext<\/strong> tab located near top right of page.<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Manage<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Autotext<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click on green <strong>Create<\/strong> button.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> in body of the autotext and select\u00a0<strong>Table<\/strong> from the menu.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Highlight<\/strong> the number of\u00a0<strong>columns<\/strong> and\u00a0<strong>rows\u00a0<\/strong>by moving cursor over grid.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Right click<\/strong> and specified table will appear.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Clicking on any cell<\/strong> in the table will open up a <strong>table menu<\/strong> from which you can choose to:\n<ol>\n<li>add\/remove rows and columns<\/li>\n<li>manage cell properties such as width\/height and alignment from the general tab<\/li>\n<li>add border styles and fill colour from the advanced tab<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<li>To resize table, click and hold to drag one of the table corners.<\/li>\n<li>Enter a name for your autotext in the <strong>Name <\/strong>field and click on green <strong>Save<\/strong> button to save the autotext.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Insert Autotext Table from Side Panel:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place cursor in appropriate editable field, indicated by pencil icon, in document.<\/li>\n<li>Select the\u00a0<strong>Autotext<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>From the list,\u00a0<strong>click on the autotext you wish to use.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Insert Autotext Table via the @ Symbol:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Place cursor in appropriate editable field, indicated by pencil icon, in document.<\/li>\n<li>Type the\u00a0<strong>symbol\u00a0@<\/strong>\u00a0followed by\u00a0<strong>some letters from your autotext.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><em>Note, you do not need to have the @ symbol in the name of the autotext
