<\/i> Text copied from either a Word document or from another letter within the patient’s Document Store repository can be pasted into a new letter being created in Document Creation.<\/div>\n

Text from Word Document<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Open<\/strong> the document containing the text you want to copy.<\/li>\n
  2. Highlight the text<\/strong> by holding the left mouse button down at the beginning of the text and dragging your mouse to the end of the text.<\/li>\n
  3. Release <\/strong>the mouse button and the text should remain highlighted.<\/li>\n
  4. Press Ctrl C<\/strong> to copy the text.\u00a0 Alternatively, you can right click and select Copy from the list.<\/li>\n
  5. Go to your document in\u00a0Document Creation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  6. Click in the\u00a0text field.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  7. Press\u00a0Ctrl V<\/strong> to paste the text into you letter wherever you have placed the cursor.\u00a0 Alternatively, you can right click and select Paste from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Text from Document Store Document<\/div>\n

    Method One:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Click the blue Duplicate<\/strong> button found at the bottom right of the page that you wish to copy.<\/li>\n
    2. This copies the full text from the body of the document.<\/li>\n
    3. Select the Encounter<\/strong> you wish to use.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Method Two:<\/p>\n

        \n
      1. Click the PDF button<\/strong> found in the Document menu bar.<\/li>\n
      2. This opens up a copy of the letter.\u00a0 You can now select the specific part<\/strong> of the text you require.<\/li>\n
      3. Copy (Ctrl C<\/strong>) and then paste (Ctrl V<\/strong>).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
