  1. Open Reporting Portal<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Select Theatre Reports<\/strong> in the Filters<\/strong>. You could also use the Search<\/strong> bar<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Select Theatres List<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click Run<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. In the Output to File\/Printer\/MINE<\/strong> option, you can choose to view the list (MINE), or select the printer you wish to use<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Set the Trust<\/strong> option to The Newcastle Upon Tyne Hospitals NHS<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. You can then select your Facility<\/strong> from the drop-down list<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. You can choose to generate a report for an entire Surgical Area<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. You can also generate reports for specific Theatre Rooms<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Ensure you have selected the correct Start Date<\/strong> and End Date<\/strong> for your report. The system will default to today\u2019s date<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Click Execute<\/strong>. Your report may take a few moments to generate<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. You can then choose to save or print the final report<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n
