Document store is accessed from within a patient’s record by clicking on the Document Store<\/strong> tab in the vertical blue menu on the left side of the record.<\/p>\n

Draft<\/strong> and Signed<\/strong> documentation is held here in addition to images of scanned paper documentation.<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Collapse all\u00a0 \"\"\u00a0 or\u00a0 expand all \"\"\u00a0 departments.<\/li>\n
  2. Save\u00a0 \"\"\u00a0 or reset view \"\" .<\/li>\n
  3. Filtering<\/strong> – can filter by department, consultant or document type by typing in this field and clicking on appropriate search result.<\/li>\n
  4. Administrative Documents <\/strong>– if you wish to see\u00a0in list, you must place a tick in this box.<\/li>\n
  5. Created After<\/strong> – can filter for documents created after a specific date. Click on line to open a calendar from which you can click on a date.<\/li>\n
  6. Created Before<\/strong> –\u00a0 can also filter for documents created before a specific date.<\/li>\n
  7. Grouping<\/strong> – defaults to viewing documents grouped by department but clicking anywhere on the line will open a drop-down list from which you can choose no grouping or to group by attending clinician, consultant, typed date, clinic date or document type.<\/li>\n
  8. Department<\/strong> – by default, departments will be listed A to Z, but if click in dark blue menu bar, you can reverse the displayed order.<\/li>\n
  9. Attending<\/strong> –\u00a0 \u00a0can sort alphabetically by clicking on heading in dark blue menu bar.<\/li>\n
  10. Consultant <\/strong>– can sort alphabetically by clicking on heading in dark blue menu bar.<\/li>\n
  11. Clinic Date<\/strong> – can sort alphabetically by clicking on heading in dark blue menu bar.<\/li>\n
  12. Typed Date\u00a0<\/strong>– can sort alphabetically by clicking on heading in dark blue menu bar.<\/li>\n
  13. Document Type<\/strong> – can sort alphabetically by clicking on heading in dark blue menu bar.<\/li>\n
  14. After closing a document, it will appear in the list with a green highlight<\/strong> that fades over a short period to aid in recognition of which document was just viewed<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
