If incorrect, please choose correct option from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n<li><strong>You<\/strong> must select <strong>your name<\/strong> in the Signing Clinician list.<\/li>\n<li>Select your <strong>position<\/strong> from the drop-down list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click on the green <strong>Sign and Send<\/strong> button on bottom right of page.<\/li>\n<li>This will send the document to the Document Store Print App.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"warnSection\"><i class=\"fas fa-exclamation-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  You MUST be both logged in and selected as Signing Clinician for authentication to take place. Authentication changes the green button from &#8216;Sign and Finalise&#8217; to &#8216;Sign and Send&#8217;.
