This guide is specific to the BadgerNet app on an iPad, for the process on a desktop computer click HERE<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

To document Obs on the iPad (see first screenshot):<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Tap the red tab with an arrow inside in the top left hand corner of the screen to open the menu<\/li>\n
  2. Tap Obs\/Monitoring<\/strong> from the menu<\/li>\n
  3. You can tap Chart update forms…<\/strong> at the top of the screen or in a cell on the grid to start documenting observations
    \nNote<\/strong>: If tapping in a cell to add observations make sure that you have selected the correct time<\/li>\n
  4. Complete Observations<\/li>\n
  5. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To edit or complete observations if they have already been started (see second screenshot):<\/p>\n

    1. Tap on a specific observation that you would like to edit\/complete<\/li>\n
    2. Select edit nursing cares<\/strong> at the correct time. This will reopen the observations that have been started rather than a new form.<\/li>\n
    3. Save<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
