This process is for BadgerNet on a desktop computer, for the iPad version click HERE<\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To update observations:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Navigate to the Obs\/Monitoring<\/strong> section from the left menu<\/li>\n
  2. Click on either Basic Obs or Nursing Obs<\/strong> from the grey tabs at the top of the screen (both will allow you to access the same form)<\/li>\n
  3. Click the blue Update or Update Obs<\/strong> button in the top right hand corner<\/li>\n
  4. Complete\/start the suite of forms<\/li>\n
  5. Save & close<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    NOTE: To edit your observations or to change information DO NOT click the update button again as this will start a new observations entry which will duplicate information and won’t let you edit what was already input.<\/p>\n

     <\/p>\n

    To edit obs which have been started or completed:<\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Navigate to the Obs\/Monitoring<\/strong> section from the left menu<\/li>\n
    2. Click on Nursing Obs<\/strong> from the grey tabs at the top of the screen<\/li>\n
    3. Use the times running along the bottom of the screen navigate to the obs you wish to edit<\/li>\n
    4. Click on the field with the information you would like to edit and select the ‘View\/Edit ‘Nursing Observations’ at “time” – “date” \"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. This will then open the previously logged obs and the information can be edited\/changed\/removed<\/li>\n
    6. Save & Close<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
