This guide will show you how proxies can be set up during custom list creation or at a later time.<\/p>\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Creating a proxy during custom list creation<\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>You have created your custom list and are on the final screen.\u00a0 <strong>It is this step where you&#8217;ll set up a proxy<\/strong> by clicking on <strong>Next<\/strong>, instead of Finish.<\/li>\n<li>In the Customise Patient List Properties Window, click on <strong>New<\/strong> towards the bottom right side.<\/li>\n<li>You can choose to share by <strong>Group<\/strong> (drop down menu) or <strong>Clinical Staff<\/strong> (enter name or perform staff lookup search).<\/li>\n<li>Specify Access level: <strong>Full Access, Maintain or Read.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Specify<strong> date and time<\/strong> range for sharing. You must enter a 4 digit time.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Apply<\/strong>. The proxy access will now appear in the left side of the window with Name of whom you have shared with, the type of access and the end date.<\/li>\n<li>The recipient can find the shared list in the <strong>Available<\/strong> window of <strong>List Management<\/strong>. To<strong> activate, <\/strong>they need to move the list to the <strong>Active window<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>To end sharing<\/strong>, simply click on the name of the proxy and amend the date and time to now.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"guideSection\" id=\"\">Creating a proxy after a custom list has already been created<\/div>\n<ol start=\"1\">\n<li>Ensure the short patient list you wish to share is currently selected.<\/li>\n<li>Click on the <strong>Properties<\/strong> icon on top, left side of white screen.<\/li>\n<li>From the Customise Patient List Properties window, select the <strong>Proxy<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Follow steps 2-6 as above.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Custom short patient lists can be shared by proxy.
