This guide shows how to add a patient to eRecord to obtain an MRN without adding any referral or encounter information.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n
  1. In PM Office, from the Conversation Tab, double click to select Add Person.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Search for the patient.<\/li>\r\n
  3. Once you are satisfied that this is a new patient you will be registering, choose Add Patient.<\/li>\r\n
  4. The Organisation field requires you to add the hospital where you are based.<\/li>\r\n
  5. Complete the Birth Date Entry, Date of Birth and Gender fields.<\/li>\r\n
  6. Populate the GP details field.<\/li>\r\n
  7. Add the patient’s telephone information.<\/li>\r\n
  8. Add the patient’s address.<\/li>\r\n
  9. Click OK to save the details and create an MRN for this patient.<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
