This can be from the GP or other Community Service.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Workflow\u00a0<\/strong>from the menu bar at the top of the screen and then <strong>Task list<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>All Open Tasks<\/strong>, select <strong>Patient Deceased<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Right click on the <strong>Patient<\/strong> and from the menu,\u00a0select <strong>Retrieve Patient<\/strong>.
