Select<strong> Nursing Care<\/strong> from the left hand side menu<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>2. By selecting <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"44\" height=\"37\" class=\"wp-image-5703\" style=\"width: 44px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" \/> the &#8220;<strong>Start new care period<\/strong>&#8220;<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">3. Access to this form is available in two other locations:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Via the <strong>Nursing Care Tab<\/strong> under the <strong>No nursing care period selected<\/strong> there is a <strong>Start new nursing care period&#8230;<\/strong> tab which when highlighted and selected opens the same form as <strong>&#8220;Start new care period&#8221;<\/strong><\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>The third location is under the<strong> cot\/abacus icons<\/strong> in the top right of the screen<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"150\" height=\"110\" class=\"wp-image-5731\" style=\"width: 150px;\" src=\"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/image-23.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>4. For <strong>Equipment Change<\/strong> only the <strong>&#8220;Last changed field<\/strong>&#8221; needs to be completed. <strong>NB:<\/strong> There is currently an issue with the &#8220;<strong><em>Next due<\/em><\/strong>&#8221; field as it will only allow a date two weeks ahead to be input.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>6. <strong>Daily Care Items<\/strong> is the next tab. Wherever there is a ? within a blue circle, hover the mouse over and more information is made available on the specific information required.
