{"id":5561,"date":"2023-10-31T10:44:36","date_gmt":"2023-10-31T10:44:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5561"},"modified":"2026-05-22T12:25:09","modified_gmt":"2026-05-22T12:25:09","slug":"draft-documents","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5561","title":{"rendered":"Draft Documents"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\r\n<li>Click <em><strong>\u2018Draft Documents<\/strong><\/em>\u2019 from the toolbar at the top of the screen OR by clicking the \u2018<em><strong>View<\/strong><\/em>\u2019 menu &amp; then selecting \u2018<em><strong>Draft Documents<\/strong><\/em>\u2019<\/li>\r\n<li>You will be presented with a list of documents \u2013 these may be discharge summaries, clinic letters etc.<\/li>\r\n<li>On the right hand side, under a \u2018<strong><em>Finalised<\/em><\/strong>\u2019 heading, there will either be a <strong>green tick with Yes<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>red cross with No<\/strong> next to the documents \u2013 this signifies which documents have been finalised versus those that are still in draft format<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:post-content -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item \/-->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li><strong>Click<\/strong> on any of the documents to view them<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Once happy with the contents of the document <strong>Click<\/strong> the green \u2018<strong>Save and Finalise<\/strong>\u2019 button in the bottom right hand corner<\/li>\r\n<!-- \/wp:list-item -->\r\n\r\n<!-- wp:list-item -->\r\n<li>Documents are now finalised and are ready to be signed and sent by a signing clinician<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Documents showing the green tick <strong>HAVE<\/strong> been finalised but<strong> HAVE NOT<\/strong> been signed by a signing clinician and <strong>HAVE NOT<\/strong> been sent<br \/><br \/><\/li>\r\n<li>If you have been made a signing clinician in the admin portal you can select yourself as the signing clinician from the right side menu.
