<\/span>Information<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n

This guide will show how to create a new visit, amend, reassign, and cancel a visit.\u00a0 It will also contain other information for example, how to create a search for visits in the future.<\/p>\n

Instruction<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. From the home page click<\/strong> on the Visit button <\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. The Visit <\/strong>page will appear.<\/li>\n
  3. Number of Visits:\u00a0 <\/strong>This area is a will show the number of visits (this week, next week and Future visits).\u00a0 <\/strong>By select the number, the visits will be listed on the left-hand side of the screen<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  4. Visit:\u00a0 <\/strong>This will list all the visits on that day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    <\/span><\/a>Adding a New Visit<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n
      \n
    1. Select the New Visit<\/strong> Button and a box will appear.<\/li>\n
    2. The Patient Seaarch box will appear (Visti Request Patient Search). Type in the search box and select the Patient you would like to book a visit for.<\/li>\n
    3. Click on OK<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. The Record Visit box <\/strong>will appear.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      • Date requested: <\/strong>Here you change the date and time to passed or future of the appointment.\u00a0 NOTE<\/strong> Duration time, please check your department for these times.<\/li>\n
      • Staff Requester:<\/strong> This where you would put in another staff member in. If you require to visit the patient with additional people. \u00a0Continue down the form filling out any necessary fields.<\/li>\n
      • Clinician Assigned:<\/strong> This is the primary staff member i.e. this will be you.<\/li>\n
      • Purpose of Visit:<\/strong> Select from the drop-down menu.\u00a0 This could Initial Assessment to Follow Up.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Reason:<\/strong> Select from the drop-down menu.\u00a0 This could be Routine or Fast track visit<\/p>\n

        Referral:<\/strong>\u00a0 Select from the drop-down menu the correct referral.\u00a0 Once completed, Select OK<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • The visit is now made, Right Click on the Visit <\/strong>and a visit option will appear (Amend, Cancel & Reassign), then select Consultation<\/strong> to record your visit \/ clinical \/ administrative activity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
