{"id":5451,"date":"2023-10-11T12:52:09","date_gmt":"2023-10-11T12:52:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5451"},"modified":"2023-10-11T13:29:53","modified_gmt":"2023-10-11T13:29:53","slug":"saving-using-the-event-button","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5451","title":{"rendered":"Saving Using the Event button"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The following steps will help you, record your <strong>\u201cClinical\u201d<\/strong> and <strong>\u201cAdministration\u201d<\/strong> activity correctly in SystmOne.\u00a0 There are two ways to record your activity either through <strong>Visits \/ Appointment<\/strong> <strong>OR <\/strong>select the <strong>Start Consultation <\/strong>see below for more information.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Open <\/strong>a Patient\u2019s record and select <strong>Start Consultation<\/strong> <strong>Right click and select\u00a0 Start Consultation.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Record <\/strong>your activity then press <strong>Next event.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fill out your activity for your patient and when it comes to saving your activity click <strong>Next Event button. NOTE do not use the blue summary care box<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: left;\">The <strong>Event Details<\/strong> box appears (Save box) fill out the form as normal. <strong>EXCEPT:\u00a0 Record one activity only at this point. Either Clinical or Administration. Then press SAVE button\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>OR\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Open <\/strong>a Patient\u2019s record either from the <strong>Appointment Ledger<\/strong> screen or from the <strong>Visit <\/strong>screen and <strong>Right click and select Consultation. <\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Fill out your activity for your patient and when it comes to saving your activity click <strong>Next Event button.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Event Details<\/strong> box appears (Save box) fill out the form as normal. <strong><strong>EXCEPT:\u00a0 Record one activity only at this point.
