{"id":5329,"date":"2023-10-04T14:07:09","date_gmt":"2023-10-04T14:07:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5329"},"modified":"2026-02-09T14:38:37","modified_gmt":"2026-02-09T14:38:37","slug":"managing-hub-referrals-via-task-list","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=5329","title":{"rendered":"Managing Hub referrals via Task List"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>What is it?<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Task list is where the Discharge hub team will find all completed hub referral forms that need to be reviewed.<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up reviews can also be accessed from the list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Setting Task List up:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Select <strong>Task List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In Task List your settings will decide which tabs you see, each tab can be configured for a different purpose. Select a tab you want to set up ideally <strong>Referrals<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Options<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Task Display<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the opening window, in the <strong>Status<\/strong> column, place a tick in the <strong>Pending <\/strong>box.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Time Parameters<\/strong> column, ensure a tick is placed in the <strong>Scheduled<\/strong> and <strong>PRN<\/strong> boxes.<\/li>\n<li>In the <strong>Task Types<\/strong> box ensure you have the following highlighted blue and they are showing in the <strong>Chosen Task Types<\/strong> box:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Follow up Review Discharge Hub Referral<\/li>\n<li>Review Discharge Hub Referral<\/li>\n<li>Remove any previous selected Task types showing in the Chosen Task Types box which are not the above two, by clicking on them in the <strong>Task Types<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> then <strong>OK<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select Options.<\/li>\n<li>Select Task List Properties<\/li>\n<li><strong>Time Frames<\/strong> is the default tab in the opening Task List properties window, from here you can set your preferred time frame:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>Recommended default is the Defined Time Frame and the Current 24 Hour Shift &#8211; Overdue tasks will still appear in this view.<\/li>\n<li>Selecting a Generic Time Frame allows a specific date range to be selected if looking for a missing task or performing audits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>Your selected options will now be saved the next time you open the list.<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"12\">\n<li>Right click on <strong>Assigned Tasks<\/strong> and select <strong>Customise Patient View<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Patient List<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n<li>Place a tick in the <strong>Choose a Patient List<\/strong> box.<\/li>\n<li>Select a list from the options:<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>You can add location filters to only look for referrals from the Freeman (inc NCCC) or RVI \u2013 see <strong>How to add location filters for Freeman, NCCC and RVI guide.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>More focussed patient lists may also help to find a specific referral.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"16\">\n<li>Click <strong>Save<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>OK <\/strong>to see the referrals pull through.<\/li>\n<li>Open the <strong>Review Hub Referral form<\/strong> guide to complete a review of the form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>Right clicking on a task allows Admin notes to be added to the task.<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>These do not form part of the patient record but can be used to confirm useful details to help manage the tasks.<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-teams=\"true\"><div class=\"infoSection\"><i class=\"fa fa-info-circle\" style=\font-size:3rem\"><\/i>  <\/span>This could be used to assign the task to a member of the team or to confirm if the referral has been added to the team\u2019s spreadsheet.<span data-teams=\"true\"><\/div><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>How to use Task List to manage Hub referrals<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":4,"featured_media":1924,"parent":5309,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"eRecord.php","meta":{"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[14,15],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-5329","page","type-page","status-publish","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-erecord","category-powerchart"],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5329","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/4"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=5329"}],"version-history":[{"count":7,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5329\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":20696,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5329\/revisions\/20696"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/pages\/5309"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/1924"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=5329"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=5329"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=5329"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
