Accessing the Discharge Dashboard<\/div>\n

  1. Either click Ward Dashboard <\/strong> in one of the grey rows at the top of the screen or Click View<\/strong> then Ward Dashboard<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  2. Click on the\u00a0Discharge\u00a0<\/strong>tab.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
    Set up<\/div>\n

    1. Click\u00a0Select List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    2. Click Patient list<\/strong> and click on the list you wish to see displayed.<\/li>\n
    3. If you do not see the list you need, click\u00a0List Maintenance<\/strong> where you can create new lists or move available lists already created to become active.<\/li>\n
    4. A list of Patients now appears.<\/li>\n
    5. Customise the rows and columns<\/strong>:\n
        \n
      1. Click the drop-down arrow in the top right-hand corner of the screen and select Layout Configuration<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
      2. Defaults to Columns. Add or Remove a column by ticking or unticking box. Can change column order by clicking and holding onto the 6 dot icon on the right side and dragging up or down.<\/li>\n
      3. To configure row height, select Rows<\/strong> and tick radio button to display up to 5 lines per patient.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      4. If you have previously opened the patient’s record, data will display. Otherwise, you will need to establish relationships<\/strong>:<\/li>\n

        1. Your Patient List<\/strong> will now be showing.<\/li>\n
        2. Some patients may have inactive fields (boxes will appear grey).<\/li>\n
        3. Click Establish Relationships<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
        4. Click \u2018select all<\/strong>\u2019 and then \u2018submit<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n
