{"id":4375,"date":"2022-12-09T15:05:26","date_gmt":"2022-12-09T15:05:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4375"},"modified":"2026-05-01T17:40:43","modified_gmt":"2026-05-01T17:40:43","slug":"reschedule-an-appointment","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/training.nuth-itt.co.uk\/?page_id=4375","title":{"rendered":"Reschedule an appointment"},"content":{"rendered":"<ol>\n<li>From within Schapptbook, click on <strong>Appointment Enquiry<\/strong> (Blue eye).<\/li>\n<li>In the<strong> Person<\/strong> tab, specify a <strong>Start Date<\/strong> to search for the patient, then click\u202f<strong>Find<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Right\u2011click the correct appointment encounter and select <strong>Reschedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8221; to the keep existing encounter question.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the <strong>new appointment date<\/strong> and <strong>new appointment time<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Schedule<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Confirm<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Correspondence Select Resource<\/strong> and whether or not to <strong>send to external outpatient printer<\/strong>. <\/li>\n<li>Provide a <strong>Rescheduling Reason<\/strong> on the <strong>Offer<\/strong> tab.
